Purpose of policy

Our customers health and safety has to be a top priority for Kings Bouncy Castle Hire Cheltenham. We follow best practice and safety regulations as specified by the Health & Safety Executive (HSE) to ensure all of our customers have a safe and happy experience of our services. This means that we do not allow outdoor inflatable hires on days when wind speeds exceed 24MPH. High wind speed can compromise child safety in our inflatable industry and we have to be risk averse in this regard.

We encourage all our customers to be mindful of local weather forecasts when planning any outdoor bouncy castle party or event and urge that common sense is used to save disappointment.

The Health & Safety Executive advises that no inflatable equipment, such as bouncy castles and inflatable slides, should be used in winds above 24 mph. In the unfortunate event that this occurs on the day of your event, we reserve the right to cancel or amend any outdoor bouncy castle or inflatable hires in line with this policy and in the interest of health and safety.

We receive hourly updates on local weather conditions and forecasts in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire and surrounding areas. We will inform all customers at the earliest possible opportunity should we have any weather worries concerning your event. On any occasion when a party needs to be cancelled, customers will receive a full and prompt refund of all money paid to Kings Bouncy Castle Hire Cheltenham.
